Pie Crust(For 1 Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. lard
    3 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Sift together flour and salt.
    Cut in lard.
    Add water slowly and gently mix with fork until particles cling together.
    Make half of dough into a ball and roll out on lightly floured board to 1/8-inch thickness.
    Fit into pan and trim excess.
    Makes enough for 2 pie shells.
