Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium carrots, grated
    2 cans squash (No. 2), drained
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 carton sour cream
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
    1 stick oleo
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Mix with stuffing.
    Line bottom of baking dish with half of stuffing. Mix other ingredients and pour over stuffing.
    Place rest of stuffing on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
