Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. nuts
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir in zucchini. Sift flour, salt, cinnamon, soda and baking powder.
    Stir into first mixture.
    Fold in nuts.
    Add pineapple.
    Pour into two well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
