Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. whipped light butter
    1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
    3 oz. velveeta
    4 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled
Preparation
    Dice potatoes, add onions and butter, cover with water.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.\tAdd remaining ingredients and let simmer just until cheese is melted.
    (Makes 8 cups.)
