Hao Nao Brown Kao - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    pinch of pepper
    1 can each cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Shape beef into large patty and brown on both sides in large skillet. Break patty into small chunks. Add onions and celery; saute about 5 minutes.
