Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 can sliced pineapple
3 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation

Put melted butter in bottom
of iron skillet.
Sprinkle brown sugar onto butter and then
lay
pineapple
slices
onto brown sugar.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Set aside.
