Nashville House Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 gal. applesauce
2 qt. sugar
1 1/2 c. cinnamon
1 gal. water

Preparation

Mix the ingredients in a large pan.
Bake for 8 to 9 hours. Stir every 30 minutes.
Makes 18 pints.
