Halupsies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    3 c. cooked rice
    onion to taste
    salt and pepper
    2 large heads cabbage
    tomato soup or ketchup or tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine cooked rice, hamburger, onion, salt and pepper.
    Place cabbage in very hot water to loosen leaves.
    Fill leaves with rice-hamburger mixture.
    Fold shut.
    Place in roaster, folded side down.
    Cover with desired tomato mixture.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
