Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cracker crumbs, crushed coarsely
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 soup cans water
Preparation
    Mix together and press into a cookie sheet.
    Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
    Cut into squares.
    Roll in flour and fry each square in skillet until browned.
    Place browned meat in roaster.
    Mix soup and water (soup cans) until blended; pour over meat in roaster.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
