Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
2 onions, chopped
2 stalks celery
1 c. chopped parsley
1 bell pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic
1/2 c. green onion tops, chopped
2 lb. raw shrimp
2 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of red or black pepper
8 c. water
4 c. raw long grain rice
2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
