Liver Knieps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

beef stock
2 c. plain flour
1 onion, chopped fine
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
black pepper
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/2 lb. raw grated beef liver
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, onions, beaten egg and grated liver.
Add enough beef stock to make a stiff dough.
