Chicken Dallas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole cut up chicken
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
3/4 c. cream sherry
1/4 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Poupon mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan, grated
1 Tbsp. flour
1 whole green pepper, chopped
Preparation

In a large shallow baking pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, celery, green pepper and garlic; stir to blend well. Arrange chicken parts on top of vegetables.
Combine brown sugar, sherry and orange juice, Worcestershire, mustard, salt, catsup and vinegar.
Mix well and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0
oven, uncovered, for about 1 1/2 hours. Remove chicken and add flour to remaining ingredients and stir over medium heat to thicken.
Pour over chicken and enjoy.
