Fresh Apple Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Betty Crocker SuperMoist yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 large cooking apples, pared and sliced thinly
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix cake mix, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon until crumbly. Reserve 2/3 cup of the mixture.
Press remaining mixture in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Arrange apple slices on mixture in pan.
Beat sour cream and eggs until blended.
Spread over apples.
Sprinkle reserved mixture on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until topping is brown.
Serve with Cool Whip.
