Spanakopeta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. filo pastry
    4 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained
    1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
    1 (1 lb.) container low-fat cottage cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
    1 Tbsp. onion powder or 1 small onion, very finely minced*
    2 generous Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
