Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
    2 c. Burgundy wine
    1/2 c. water
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 (6 oz.) can small boiling onions
    16 baby carrots
    2 Tbsp. margarine (soft)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    hot rice or noodles, cooked
Preparation
    In ovenproof Dutch oven, brown beef on stovetop in 1/4 cup oil.
    After browning on all sides, add wine, water, broth, thyme and garlic. Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add onions and carrots.
    Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Remove meat and vegetables.
