Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 9 inch pie shell
nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs, add sugar, milk, vanilla and salt.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes longer.
