Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. shredded carrots
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Beat sugar and oil.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Sift flour, cinnamon, salt and soda together and add to egg mixture.
    Mix well.
    Fold in carrots and nuts.
    Bake in greased 13 x 9-inch pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 300\u00b0.
