Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can LeSueur peas, drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. finely diced onion
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 Tbsp. sweet relish pickles
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, refrigerate, serve chilled.
For presentation, you can boil another egg, slice and place on top.
