Cherry Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 stick melted butter
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease an 8 x 10-inch pan with butter. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Pour the cherry pie filling into the pan.
    Spread the drained pineapple over the pie filling. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pineapple.
    Sprinkle nuts on top.
    Mix pineapple juice and butter together and pour evenly over the top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Great served with ice cream or by itself.
