Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sour milk
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. oil
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. nuts
1/4 c. chocolate chips, reserved
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced zucchini, skin and all
Preparation

Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
Add vanilla, eggs and milk. Beat on medium speed of mixer.
Combine with dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Stir in zucchini and nuts.
Spoon batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle top with reserved chocolate chips. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 35 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
