Sour Cream Rhubarb Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. melted oleo
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. raw rhubarb
Preparation

Crumble sugar, nuts, melted oleo and cinnamon.
Set aside for topping.
Cream brown sugar, shortening and egg.
Add flour, soda and salt alternately with sour cream.
Stir in rhubarb.
Put into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle on topping.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
Good with whipped topping.
