Sauerkraut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. drained sauerkraut
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar, eggs and sauerkraut.
    Set aside.
    Combine flour, baking powder, soda and cocoa.
    To the creamed mixture, add milk, water and dry ingredients.
    Bake in a sheet pan at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
    Use any caramel or chocolate frosting. Sprinkle coconut over the top.
