Creamed Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
-
Boil carrots in water and salt until tender.
Mix cornstarch with milk; stir until it's mixed well.
Reduce heat to low.
Add cornstarch mixture to carrots, stirring as you pour.
When carrots begin to thicken, turn off heat and add margarine.
