Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Peel apples and chop in small pieces.
    Pour oil into mixing bowl.
    Add sugar and eggs.
    Beat with mixer.
    Put dry ingredients together and add gradually to creamed mixture.
    Add vanilla, nuts and apples.
