Hot Cheese And Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. sharp natural Cheddar cheese
8 oz. sharp process American cheese
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. dry white wine
17 1/2 oz. can crabmeat, drained and flaked
Preparation

Cut cheeses in small pieces; combine in a saucepan with milk. Stir over low heat until cheese melts.
Stir in wine and crab; heat through.
Serve in a chafing dish.
