Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 zucchini, washed
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. mushrooms (canned)
    6 oz. tomato juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    1 tsp. celery flakes or 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 oz. Mozzarella cheese or Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in cubes; cook it with mushrooms until tender. Add egg.
    Stir in tomato juice and rest of seasonings.
    Put in greased casserole.
    Top with the cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
