Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 medium onions
    4 tomatoes, diced
    4 small cans green chili, diced
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation
    Brown meat in Crisco.
    Add water.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Add all other ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add more salt, oregano and ground cumin to taste.
