Roulades De Jambon(Asparagus Ham Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    4 Tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    2 shallots, minced
    2 tsp. Dijon-style Grey Poupon mustard
    3 midget sweet gherkin pickles, minced
    16 asparagus spears
    1 lemon
    Boston lettuce
    8 slices ham
Preparation
    Boil asparagus with lemon slices. Drain. Grate boiled eggs. Mix first 7 ingredients. Spread mixture on ham slices. Tightly roll 2 asparagus with tips, opposite each other, in ham slice. Slice in half. Arrange on lettuce and garnish. Chill well.
