Jarlsburg Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. grated Jarlsburg Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped red onion
    1 tsp. fresh ground pepper or to taste
Preparation
    Grate the Jarlsburg cheese in a medium size bowl.
    Chop the red onion up and mix it together with cheese.
    Add pepper.
    Bind mixture together with mayonnaise.
    Serve with Melba toast, sesame crackers or any other cracker preferred.
