Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 1/4 c. Crisco
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    6 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt.
    Add egg that has been mixed with water, then vinegar.
    Roll into 3 pie crusts.
