Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 eggs, beaten
    pinch of salt and paprika
Preparation
    In a double boiler, melt butter.
    Add lemon juice.
    Add beaten eggs, stirring constantly.
    Add salt and paprika.
    Delicious poured over salmon loaf.
