Hawaiian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. 95% to 98% fat-free sandwich ham, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can pineapple
    4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. low calorie mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    4 lettuce leaves, torn into small pieces
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; throw juice away.
    Cut pineapple into small, tiny pieces.
    Combine first six ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Mix well.
    Cover salad and chill.
    Serve salad on a bed of lettuce leaves.
