Taco Pie(A Weight Watchers Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked, drained ground turkey
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 c. water
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    4 oz. grated cheese (sharp Cheddar is good)
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. skim milk
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix ground turkey, seasoning mix and water.
    Layer on tomatoes, onions, green pepper and grated cheese; set aside.
    Mix flour, milk and egg whites well, like batter.
    Pour over pie mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 to 45 minutes.
