Prune Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pitted prunes (1 1/3 c.)
    6 Tbsp. water or fruit juice
Preparation
    Place in food processor; process at high speed.
    It will make a smooth paste.
    This mixture is too thick for blender.
    Use immediately or store in fridge up to 3 weeks in airtight container.
