Never Fail Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
Preparation

Cream sugar and Crisco until fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each one. Mix flours together and add alternately with milk. Add flavoring and mix well. Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
