Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens
    1 qt. stock
    2 onions
    3 garlic cloves
    16 oz. mushrooms
    3/4 c. flour
    4 (7 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
    1 qt. tomato juice
    cheese of choice (I use Velveeta)
Preparation
    Boil chickens; remove from bones and cube.
    Reserve stock. Saute onion, garlic and sliced mushrooms in oil.
