Salty Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    12 soda crackers, crushed fine
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Beat
    egg
    whites
    in
    mixer
    until
    stiff.
    Add
    sugar gradually, then beat in baking powder and vanilla.\tLast, fold in nuts and cracker crumbs.
    Pour into well-greased 9-inch pie plate and
    bake
    at 350\u00b0.
    It makes own top and bottom crust. Top with whipped cream.
