Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten egg yolks (save whites)
    1 scant c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. water
    1/4 stick butter
    1 regular baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix the dry ingredients.
    Add other ingredients, except butter. Cook slowly until thick, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add butter.
    Stir and pour into pie shell.
    Beat reserved egg whites until foamy; add 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar and beat until soft peaks form.
    Add 4 tablespoons sugar and beat until stiff. Pour on top of pie.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Serves 6. Enjoy!
