Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. liquid shortening
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes in jelly roll pan.
While brownies bake, melt glaze in pan (double boiler).
Cool brownies.
