Seafood Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. julienned carrots
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    1 3/4 c. skim milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, cubed (Neufchatel)
    1/2 c. chopped scallions
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (2 oz.)
    6 oz. crabmeat (lump)
    6 oz. shrimp, cleaned and cooked
    6 oz. scallops, cooked
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. fettucine
Preparation
    Stir milk, Neufchatel cheese, scallions and seasonings in saucepan over low heat until smooth.
    Stir in fish and Parmesan cheese.
    Prepare fettucine according to package directions, adding broccoli, carrots and red pepper at the last 5 to 6 minutes of cooking time.
    Drain.
    Toss pasta and vegetables with sauce and fish.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 6 to 8.
