Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chicken fingers (strips)
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil
Preparation
-
Beat egg and milk together.
Batter chicken in egg mixture and then in flour.
For a thicker crust, batter two times.
Put into hot grease and brown on both sides or until done.
