Mom'S Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour (plain)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and egg.
    Add milk.
    Add dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Sprinkle a bit of sugar on top of each.
    Makes 12 muffins.
    Serve hot with lots of butter!
