Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced apples (about 4 medium)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. Jiffy baking mix
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 1-quart baking dish.
    Combine apples, sugar and cinnamon.
    Pour into dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients until blended and drop by teaspoonfuls onto fruit. Bake for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 minutes longer or until fruit is tender.
    Serve warm with cream or brown sugar sauce; peaches, cherries or strawberries.
