No Peek Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can whole mushrooms
    1/2 c. red wine
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle generously with grated Cheddar cheese or Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
