Fried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 6 apples
    1/2 stick margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    c. water
Preparation
    Peel apples and quarter.
    Put in frying pan with the other ingredients.
    Cover with lid and cook until tender, occasionally turning with a fork.
    Take lid off and let water dry out on low heat.
    At last, you may sprinkle cinnamon over apples if you like spices.
