Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine, softened
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 jar Kraft Marshmallow Creme
Preparation

Cream the sugar, cocoa and margarine.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
Add flour gradually.
Stir in pecans.
Bake in greased sheet pan, 13 x 9-inches, for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
When cake is done, immediately spread Marshmallow Creme over top.
(I remove top from Marshmallow Creme and microwave for 30 to 40 seconds before spreading on top.
It will make it spread easier.)
Let cool before frosting.
