Raisin Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. raisins
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. pecans
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put raisins in pan.
    Cover with water; bring to a boil.
    Let set 15 minutes; drain.
    Beat egg yolks with a fork.
    Add sugar, vinegar, melted butter, nuts and raisins.
    Beat egg whites just until foamy.
    Fold in mixture and pour in pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes longer.
