Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. Crisco (shortening)
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Cream shortening. Add sugar gradually. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each one. Slowly add flour and salt. Mix well. Add flavorings and pineapple (drained). Mix well. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes in a greased and floured Bundt pan. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
