Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 medium squash
    1 onion, minced
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    cheese slices
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook sliced squash with onion in small amount of water until squash is tender.
    Drain squash.
    Mix in egg, margarine, salt and pepper.
    Put in baking dish.
    Top
    with cheese slices and crumbled crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
