Skillet Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. crabmeat, shrimp or lobster meat
    2 to 3 c. stir-fry vegetables
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    Saute seafood in one tablespoon margarine and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
    Pam may be used instead.
    Heat vegetables in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes until soft.
    Combine seafood, vegetables and soy sauce in skillet and mix well.
    Serve over white rice.
